Jon Blue was the best of friends, Honorable Marine, musician and an amazing father to his daughter Emma. His face would light up every time he had her near or talked about her. His laughter, jokes, love and pure heart live through her. Jon worked with many charities and benefits throughout his lifetime including charities like Toys for Tots. You could also catch him working at events he loved such as ACL, SXSW, and the Austin Trail of Lights. Although Jon passed away suddenly on November 5, 2025, his memory, story, friends and family live on. For Emma these memories, stories and close relationships are all she is left with. Emma is 6 years old with an entire lifetime of milestones ahead of her without her father. For instance getting through elementary school, growing up through middle school on to high school, first car, first job, going off to college. As the Blue family is morning this great loss as well as dealing with the costs of putting together a funeral. This type of loss is more than any family should ever have to go through.
