In Loving Memory of John Sosa AKA MR.61

On April 25th, we lost a truly incredible man, John Sosa — a loving husband, a devoted father, a proud grandfather, and someone who meant so much to everyone who knew him.

John was the true definition of what a father should be: strong, loving, present, and selfless. He had a way of lighting up every room he walked into, always bringing warmth, laughter, and comfort to those around him. He built deep connections with so many people, and his circle of friends and family is a testament to the kind of man he was.

He was a true warrior. Despite facing serious health challenges over the past 25 years, John fought with strength and dignity every single day. He never turned to alcohol or drugs — he simply pushed forward with resilience, love, and determination.

John had a passion for life, especially his love for lowriding. Whether it was lowrider bikes or cars, he was a diehard fan and proudly said he was “stuck in the 70s.” That passion was part of what made him so unique and so full of life.

As we navigate this incredibly difficult time, we are asking for any support you can give to help us celebrate his life and give him the memorial he deserves. Any contribution, no matter how small, means the world to our family.

John was deeply loved, and he will be truly missed beyond words.
