This Gofundme is to support the cost of laying our beloved friend, father of three, grandfather, and loving husband to rest peacefully. We are raising funds because John did not have life insurance, so we need the funds to cover funeral expenses.

John Hoffman, was welcomed into the world on May 28th 1935, returned home with God on December 6th 2025
John was loved deeply, married to Marian Hoffman for 70 years. They were inseparable. Marian and John were joined together in every outing, including going to medical visits, exploring casinos, and trying new restaurants together.
John was a father of three, grandfather to three grandchildren that he loved deeply.
In John’s earlier years, he was a star of his High School basketball, baseball, and football teams. John served four years in the Air Force during the Korean War. He loved the children he taught in a school, and his students loved his jokes and his teaching skills.
No dream was too small for John, his chemical supply business was very successful for twenty years. John loved food trucks as he opened his own Italian Ice Truck, and Rollin’ Mini Cinnamon Donut Truck that many loved at fairs.
You could often find John watching football in his recliner chair.
His spirituality was evident, he loved God. Those who loved him knew he fought hard in health, battling heart conditions, diabetes, and frequent visits to the VA hospital, survived for thirty years. Many honored and valued John’s strength, wise words of wisdom, and admired his ability to be there for those he loved. John’s big smile radiated the room, he will forever be in our hearts.

Our families hope and wish is to raise awareness for early onset heart failure, and share John’s beautiful life testimony with the people. We thank you for your kind donations. We thank you for your kindness, prayers, and generosity during this difficult grieving time.
