Joseph Brian Evans was a beloved father, son, brother, and friend to many. He passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 10 at 50 years old, much too soon. His family wants to honor him by having a celebration of life, where all his friends and family can gather to reflect on the all the memories he left and all the lives he affected.
