In Loving Memory of Joanna St. Clair

On June 20, 2025, Joanna St. Clair, passed away after many years of facing health challenges. She was the proud mother of two sons, Bobby Frye and Tyler St. Clair, whom she loved dearly. She was the beloved sister to Meg Gunnels and myself, Bethany Deptula. Joanna lived alone, but she filled her life with music, laughter, and a deep desire to connect with others—especially those who felt unseen or forgotten.

This GoFundMe has been created to help cover Joanna’s final expenses, including cremation and memorial costs, travel costs, and other unforeseen financial circumstances.

Joanna was deeply sentimental and made it her mission to celebrate others, especially on their birthdays. Music—especially the “oldies” she grew up with—was one of her greatest comforts, and she found happiness in sharing those songs with others. She adored her cat, who was her constant companion. Now being lovingly cared for by Joanna’s son Bobby, there are ongoing expenses—including a much-needed vet visit, as her cat did not receive the care it needed during Joanna’s hospitalization. A memorial is being planned to honor her life, her kindness, and the warmth and happiness she brought to the world.
