James C Joy Boat Dedication: Help their family to travel

Later this month we will gather to honor Jimmy's legacy and memory as we dedicate the first James C Joy 8+ at Hobart and William Smith.

Jim and Cele's passing this spring was a huge loss to the community and I know was felt deeply by us who had the honor to row for him.

Jim and Cele's daughters, Kathleen and Alicia, along with Alicia's wife, Sheila, and their children, Bea and Gus will travel from Minnesota to Geneva to participate in the dedication, at their own expense. While funds were unavailable from HWS, we would like to help with donations from the rowing community to help defray their costs.
