With a heavy and broken heart, I’m sharing that my father, Jesus Noriega, passed away today.
My dad was born on Christmas Day in 1955 a day meant for love, light, and faith and that’s exactly how he lived his life. He was a humble man who devoted himself to God, to his family, and to anyone who needed guidance. He loved going to church, praising God with all his heart, and teaching the word of the Bible. One of the things I’ll never forget is hearing him sing in the church choir… his voice, his joy, his spirit it all came from a place of pure love and faith.
He never asked for much in this life. He was the kind of man who gave, who prayed for others, who stayed strong even when things were hard. He carried himself with humility and grace, and he meant so much to so many of us.
Losing him today has left a pain in our hearts that’s hard to even explain. And what makes this even more difficult is that our family is still trying to heal from the loss of my sister just about a year ago. To go through this kind of heartbreak again so soon… it’s overwhelming.
I’m humbly asking for any help during this time to eternally lay him to rest beautifully. Anything donated will go toward giving my dad the proper farewell he deserves and helping our family get through this darkest moment. If you can’t donate, please keep us in your prayers we need them now more than ever.
Thank you for reading, for your kindness, and for any support you can give. It truly means everything to us.
