"With heavy hearts and unwavering faith, we come to you today to share the devastating loss of a man who meant the world to so many. Jesse was more than a husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather—he was our encourager and a light in our family, our church, and our community.
He leaves behind his devoted & beloved wife Yolanda, two sons Jesse Jr & Elias, one daughter Priscilla, His mother Paula Velasco, brother Eddie two sisters Mary & Diana, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a countless number of family and friends, all of whom adored his playful spirit, endless love, and unwavering faith. Whether he was cracking silly jokes to make someone laugh or offering heartfelt advice, Jesse had a way of lifting spirits wherever he went. He was a big source of joy and laughter, always ready with a playful joke or a kind word of encouragement. His love for his family was unwavering, and his faith was the foundation of his life.
A man of deep faith, Jesse dedicated his life to serving others—through his work in our community, in church, his tireless support for those in recovery, and his kind words of encouragement that touched countless lives. He believed in second chances, the power of love, and the strength that comes from leaning on God.
We are asking for your support to honor his legacy and help ease the financial burden of this unexpected tragedy. Funds raised will go toward funeral expenses and providing care for his cherished family as they navigate this difficult time.
If you feel it in your heart to be a blessing to our family during this time of sorrow, or if you’ve been blessed by Jesse's kindness, his joy, or his unwavering faith, we ask that you consider donating and sharing this message. Every contribution, big or small, is a reminder of how deeply he impacted all of us.
