With heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of our beloved Gerard “Jerry” A. Loffredo. Jerry was more than just a son, brother, husband, father, and friend – he was the very essence of love, strength, and generosity.

Jerry was a uniquely remarkable man, possessing hands that could craft cars from scratch and a heart that overflowed with compassion and kindness. His passion for Drag Racing was unmatched, his heart racing not only for speed but also for the people around him. He was the first to react with love, care, and comfort, embodying the true spirit of a born Drag Racer.

As a devoted family man, Jerry lived a life of profound love and tranquility alongside his beloved wife Pamela and their three sons, Gerard Jr., Nicholas, and Vincent. His quick wit, infectious humor, handsome looks, and immense heart left an indelible mark on everyone he met.

Jerry's life revolved around cars and Drag Racing, a passion he inherited from his upbringing in his father's shop, where he worked tirelessly alongside his brothers. From towering trophies that adorned their home to a garage filled with toolboxes and snap-on chairs, his love for cars was palpable. He shared this passion with his three boys, imparting upon them the values of hard work, dedication, and the importance of enjoying life's ride.

However, Jerry's later years were marked by health challenges. He bravely battled dementia, Alzheimer's, and cancer throughout his body, facing each day with remarkable courage and resilience. Despite these adversities, his spirit remained unbroken, and his love for his family and friends only grew stronger.

As we come to terms with Jerry's sudden departure, we are faced with the daunting task of arranging his funeral services. While we strive to honor his memory in the most dignified manner possible, the financial burden is overwhelming.
