Honoring Jeremiah's Legacy with Love & Support.

Jeremiah had a turbulent and swift battle with Frontal Temporal Degeneration (FTD) and a Motor Neuron Disease. Expenses piled up quickly as the family did not qualify for state support programs/resources due to Wisconsin's rule of a 2-year and 5-month waiting period for benefits. To allow Jeremiah the best life possible after his diagnosis, funds designated for future use by his children were used to help provide him with consistent daytime care, communication devices, home health equipment needs, and other resources not covered by medical insurance. Due to this, we are asking for help with his final financial obligations, and future support for his children.

In addition, both children intend to pay tribute to their father's legacy by making a charitable contribution to an organization that resonates with them in honor of their father to help them through the grieving process.
