Jennifer A. Abramczyk

(July 1, 1971-September 9, 2020)

Jennifer was not only an amazing woman, mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, but a nurse we all emulated. She shared her personal cancer journey with her patients in an effort to show support, empathy and true compassion.  She was the nurse you were blessed to have care for you. Jen spent the majority of her 23 year nursing career with the Henry Ford Health System.  She considered her colleagues her work family, never forgot a birthday and treated everyone with love and respect.  Even though she now only remains in our memories and our hearts, we still feel her presence.  She will NEVER be forgotten  

To commemorate her dedication to her patients and colleagues, we are hoping to purchase a bench with a plaque honoring Jen that will be placed on the “path to wellness” on the Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital Campus.  We need your support to make this happen.
