Honoring Jeffery Quinn:
Memorial & Expenses

On September 4th, 2025, our amazing brother, uncle, and friend Jeff Quinn tragically lost his life in a car accident while traveling from his home in Wisconsin to California. A loving and close family friend who shared his journey remains in the hospital with life-altering injuries, and Jeff’s two fur babies survived with one needing additional care for a broken paw. Everyone knew what his dogs meant to him. He committed fully to them, and they were inseparable.
Jeff just turned 54 this past July, and his sudden passing has left our family heartbroken in ways we have not felt since losing our mother in 2007. The shock and grief have been heavy, so have the practical burdens that follow such an unexpected loss. Costs for his ongoing living affairs, continued animal care, mortuary expenses, relocation of his vehicles and belongings from one state to another, are simply overwhelming... especially for our sister Kathy, who has been carrying much of this weight as point of contact.
If you knew Jeff, you knew his heart. He was pure light, always giving, always helping, always showing up for others even when it meant sacrificing his own needs. From fixing cars, motorcycles, and boats for family and friends, to inventing wagons and traveling tools for his beloved dogs, to sparking laughter with his wit and wisdom. Jeff’s presence made life brighter. He had a gift for making people feel like they belonged. He welcomed everyone as if they were already a friend. He touched countless lives with his generosity, humor, and love, including and not limited to a stranded stranger who was in need.
Jeff would probably roll his eyes at us for creating this page, but we know in truth he would never want his family to be burdened by financial strain on top of grief. This fundraiser is simply a way for those who loved him, or were touched by his life, to help ease the practical side of things so we can focus on honoring his memory and caring for his dogs.
Please know there is no pressure. Any contribution, no matter the size, or even just sharing this page, is received with deep gratitude. All funds will go directly to cover these immediate expenses.
Thank you for holding our family in your thoughts and prayers during this heartbreaking time. Jeff loved fully, gave freely, and lived bravely. We hope to honor him the same way as we carry him in our hearts always.
With love,

The Quinn Family
