Honoring Jeff Wallace’s Legacy of Love and Strength

Their happily ever after is yet to come… when they are reunited in heaven.
What happens when an incredibly beautiful young blonde Florida girl named Susi, meets an extremely handsome Florida surfer named Jeff? They fall in love of course and get married six months after they start dating. Shortly thereafter, they move to California. He, to go to Chiropractic college, and she to Massage school. Four years later they move back to Jacksonville where Jeff starts an internship in his new career. In 1991 they move back to the Melbourne area and start their practice providing chiropractic and massage therapy services, working together in their Melbourne office. As their practice grew, so did their family. In 1997 the birth of their baby boy Stewart brought them a profound newfound joy and even greater happiness together. Sadly, 1999 brought devastating news when Jeff was diagnosed with Early-onset Parkinson’s disease. Being the ever-brave adventurers that they are, they closed their practice, packed up their camper, and the three of them set off to explore the country together. They had been told that Jeff might have 7 years and they were going to squeeze as much out of life as they could. They headed back home when Stewart started school, and over the next several years Jeff endured several surgeries and procedures, some successful, others not, with Susi always by his side. They stood strong together, all the while with tremendous humility, grace, and style. The most effective of the treatments was deep brain stimulation which certainly gave him additional years, but it was a long hard road - twenty-seven years long and hard. The three of them traveled that road together as the fiercely courageous warriors they are. The road of life on earth ended for Jeff on March 11, 2026. He leaves a legacy of boundless love and heroic strength through tremendous adversity. He leaves so many friends and family with broken hearts, especially his amazing wife Susi, who showed us what marital love and commitment looks like, and his loving son Stewart who made Jeff so incredibly proud. He was elated to be able to attend Stewart’s wedding to Sarina in June of 2025 and adored his new daughter-in-law.
The Wallaces have so many friends and wonderful family members who want to be supportive at this very difficult time. It has been very many years of physical, emotional and sometimes financial struggle and sacrifice. This page is set up so that everyone who cares about them can contribute in a way that will be very helpful at this time.
