It is with heavy hearts that we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beloved Jayden, a vibrant 5-year-old boy who brought joy and love into our lives. His journey was filled with incredible strength and courage as he battled the rare conditions of pulmonary vein stenosis and Pulmonary hypertension.

Despite enduring 2 open heart surgeries and an astonishing 25 cardiac catheterizations, our little warrior was eventually called back to the glory of God. The strength he displayed during his short time with us will forever inspire us.
