Jay Tan was one of life's good people. He loved life, and saw value in making memories and cherishing the little things. For over 20 years, Jay was a hip hop dancer, performer, teacher, and artistic director. He believed in the unique power of music and movement to evoke emotions, inspire social change, and create meaningful connections. Whether he was at work, in the dance studio, exploring new parts of the world, hiking, or out on the lake in his kayak, Jay brought energy and joy to everything he did.

Tragically, Jay passed away in a kayaking accident. To honor his memory, this fundraiser will support the causes he believed in most. Jay dedicated countless hours to helping others, and his wife will choose the organizations that best reflect his values and passions.
