I'm Carla, Jasper's sister. Jasper is my oldest brother, and he has stage 4 brain cancer. The cancer has spread and his body is shutting down. He's in imminent hospice care, and doesn't have long.

Jasper was born Oct 3rd, 1953. He was a prison guard, a Baptist preacher, a writer, and loved to cook. He raised 4 children and a grandson. His faith stayed strong through life's heartaches, and he would give you the shirt off his back. He would write passages and testimonials 'From the Old Bear' on Facebook. These short messages brought inspiration and comfort to his followers.

I'm asking for your help to prepare for Jasper's passing. He has made peace with God, and will be joining his wife and two daughters soon. God bless and thank you.
