It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Jasper Bonifacio—a man whose hands were always busy, whose heart was always open, and whose presence made every room a little brighter.
Jasper was truly one of a kind. To his wife, Maricris, he was the ultimate partner—the best and sweetest husband a person could ask for. To his two young children, Julian and Micah, he was a hero who led with love, patience, and a playful spirit.
The Man who could do it all
If you knew Jasper, you knew that he was the "go-to" person for everyone in his life. Whether he was under the hood of a car (his favorite place to be), whipping up a meal in the kitchen, or making sure the house was spotless, Jasper did everything with excellence and a smile. He was a brilliant mind, a devoted son to his parents, and a bedrock of support for his three siblings.
He didn't just "show up" for people; he took care of them. He was the person you called when you were stuck, and the person you wanted to celebrate with when things were good.
How you can help
Jasper’s sudden departure has left a hole in our lives that can never be filled. As Maricris and the kids navigate this unimaginable grief, we want to surround them with the same care that Jasper showed all of us.
We have started this fund to:
Cover funeral and memorial services to give Jasper the beautiful send-off he deserves.
Assist with immediate living expenses for Maricris and the children as they adjust to life without his support.
Establish a school fund for Julian and Micah to ensure their future remains bright, just as Jasper always dreamed it would be.
Share your stories
Beyond financial support, we want to keep Jasper’s memory alive. We invite you to share your favorite stories, photos, or "Jasper-isms" in the comments. Whether it was a time he helped you fix your car, a meal he cooked for you, or a moment where his kindness touched your life, we want to hear it.
Thank you for your love, your prayers, and your generosity. Let’s honor Jasper by remembering him exactly as he was: smart, hardworking, sweet, and deeply loved.
With gratitude,
The Bonifacio Family
