Remembering Jason Little: Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Teacher, Friend & so much more

The communities of Ionia and Welch, Michigan are mourning the sudden loss of Jason Little—a devoted husband, loving father, and passionate history teacher. Jason’s unexpected passing has left his wife, Ashley, and their two young children facing unimaginable loss, and his absence is deeply felt by everyone who knew him.

Jason was more than a teacher; he was a mentor, a friend, and a guiding presence in the lives of his students. His enthusiasm for history brought the past to life, while his kindness, patience, and dedication inspired those around him. Outside the classroom, Jason loved to hunt, fish, camp, and spend time with friends and family. He was always up for anything with a smile on his face and had a special talent for putting smiles on the faces of those around him. He was also an avid University of Michigan football fan, sharing his passion with everyone he loved.
