It is with great sadness that we share the news of the sudden passing of our beloved Caregiver, Jasmin (“Jay”) Gil. Jasmin had been part of the Partners family for nearly five years. For those who knew her, she was a bright light—cheerful, warm, and deeply loved by her clients and co-workers. Working on-call, Jasmin was the very definition of a team player. Her positive attitude, flexibility, and deep commitment to those she cared for made her an invaluable member of our team. She brought kindness and joy into every home she entered, and her impact on our Partners family will not be forgotten.


At only 27 years of age, Jasmin still had so much life to give. Her sudden passing has left her family and all who knew her heartbroken. We are coming together to support Jasmin’s family as they face the difficult task of making final arrangements and saying goodbye to someone so dear. The funds raised will help ease the financial burden of these expenses, allowing her loved ones to focus on honoring her memory and grieving their loss.
