In November, Jasiah Payne suddenly became ill. On May 28th, God felt that he had fought long and hard enough and called him home. Jasiah is now resting peacefully. Though his time with us on earth was only 16 short years, he touched the lives of so many with his bright spirit and caring heart. He was a beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, grandchild, and best friend, and his memory will forever be cherished by all who knew him.

Jasiah’s family would like to honor him with a service fitting for such a wonderful young man. Because his passing was so sudden, the family is in need of support to make his celebration of life possible. They wish to memorialize him in a way that reflects the love and joy he brought to everyone around him, ensuring that his legacy lives on.

Jasiah wanted to spread joy, even through his illness, and did not want people to be sad. He knew that God was writing his story as He saw fit.
