Hello, our beloved father and grandfather, James Riggs, suffered from vascular dementia over the years and has succumbed to his illness. We lost our loved one too soon, Our family is small, and we don't have many members left.

We are reaching out for help to pay for his cremation/funeral expenses, so anything would help. He was the greatest man you could ever meet. He loved and cherished his family, He had such a big heart and will be missed dearly.
