On February 22, 2026, my beloved son, James Dear IV, passed away at just 23 years old. James was more than a musician or a content creator; he was a cherished son, grandson, nephew, brother, cousin, and friend. He touched the lives of so many with his creativity, kindness, and desire to share with others. Even though he did not reach all of his dreams, the impact he left on those who knew him is immeasurable.

Our family is heartbroken by this loss. Words cannot express the pain we feel as we try to come to terms with his passing. We are reaching out to our community for help with the costs of laying James to rest.
