James Smith passed away suddenly on the morning of March 23. His loss has left our family heartbroken and facing unexpected challenges as we try to honor his memory and give him the farewell he deserves.
James was a devoted Alabama Crimson Tide fan, a passionate collector of Hot Wheels cars, and loved to spend time drawing. He absolutely adored his two grandchildren and his children, and he was a loving husband to his wife of 22 years. James’s faith was central to his life—he loved Jesus, his church, and his church family deeply. He was always willing to volunteer and lend a helping hand to anyone in need at his church. His warmth, humor, and dedication to his family and community touched everyone who knew him.
We are raising funds to help cover the funeral costs and memorial services for James. Any support you can offer will help ease the financial burden on his family during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you to those who donate, but also if you could kindly keep his wife, his 15-year-old daughter, his son, and the rest of his family in your prayers. Your kindness and support mean more than words can express.
