If you knew my husband, James B. Ringer, you might have crossed paths with him through La Montanita Co-op Santa Fe, the Inn of the Governors Santa Fe, Farmers Insurance nationwide, or his NMSU football buddies. James touched so many lives, and as his wife of 35 years, I know there are many people who would want the chance to come together and honor him.

I am organizing a Celebration of Life for James on what would have been his birthday, November 11, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Tender Fire Kitchen in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Creating this space for family, friends, and loved ones to share stories, laugh, cry, and say goodbye together means everything to me during this time of loss.

Because I do not have contact details for everyone who knew James, I am reaching out to the community for help bringing people together to celebrate the incredible life he lived. Donations will go toward the practical costs of the event, including the venue, food, drinks, and entertainment. Support is especially helpful in the weeks leading up to the event.
