My name is Dominique Thurman, and I am reaching out as the mother of Jamari Johnson. Jamari was just 19 years old, a very loved young man who created countless memories with friends and family. He always made others laugh and brought joy to everyone he met. His spirit and kindness touched so many lives, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

On June 14th, Jamari was tragically murdered at a bar in Claxton, GA, where he had recently moved to start a new journey. Our family is devastated by this unimaginable loss. We are struggling to come to terms with his passing and are faced with the difficult task of planning his funeral and burial. The expenses are overwhelming, and we want to give Jamari the service he deserves to honor his memory and the impact he had on our lives.
