Hello, my name is Kayla. I'm starting this gofundme in honor of Jamar, most know him as Jeezy . At age 27 Jeezy was diagnosed with Heart Disease, and he fought a long hard battle for 10 years with his health. You would have never known because he always showed up HUMBLE and ready for a good time. Jeezy suffered a stroke at the age of 37. Jeezy lost his battle after fighting for 14 days leaving behind 6 kids. It’s hard to put into words what our family is going through right now financially, on top of everything else and losing him has left a huge hole in our hearts.
