We are raising funds in loving memory of Jamal Edward Cox, a devoted father, son, brother, friend, and creative spirit who touched the lives of so many.

Jamal was known for his kindness, resilience, and the way he showed up for the people he loved. After the heartbreaking loss of his wife to cancer a few years ago, he became a dedicated single father, working hard as a pharmacist while raising his son with love, strength, and care.

Beyond his career, Jamal was also a creative at heart. He was in the process of working on a short film, a passion project that reflected his vision, storytelling, and drive to create something meaningful.

Tragically, Jamal passed away due to mental health struggles. His loss is deeply felt by his family, friends, and the entire community.

This fundraiser has been created to support the costs of Jamal’s funeral services. Any additional funds will go directly toward supporting his son and helping secure his future.
