Jake was an amazing person who was fiercely loyal and would do anything for the people he loved. He left an irreplaceable impact onto everyone who was fortunate enough to have known him. He touched a lot of lives and leaves behind incredible memories that were made with those who loved him. His kindness, love, free-spirited nature, will forever live with us.
