Hello, my name is Angela Perezchica, sister of Jacob Perezchica.

I'm raising money to give my brother Jacob the last celebration of life he deserves. After spending 2 months in the hospital, my brother's fight has come to an end. Jacob has passed away after 35 years of a beautiful life with nothing but love and happiness because of all who he was surrounded by.
