Honoring Jacob’s life and supporting his family ️

Hello to my family and friends, as well as all the new arrivals reading this, I regret to inform you of a heartbreaking loss. My baby brother, Jacob Lee Claiborne has passed away on May 12th, 2025
Although Jacob gained his wings, he leaves behind a beautiful story. Jacob, born prematurely, faced a numerous amount of challenges due to his cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, scoliosis, heart malformations, vision difficulties, dislocated hips, and his speech impairments due to being non-verbal. These conditions led him to be admitted to the NICU the moment he was born, where doctors were pessimistic about his survival beyond a year. My family had different beliefs, because of the strength of my mother he became a resilient fighter, a survivor, who also faced complications.
He was bedridden because one of his legs were monoplegic, and he required constant care from my mother, Rose, as he was G-tube fed. He was my mother’s reason for living. She was fulfilled in taking on the role of his caregiver. She had the best job, being his mother. He was never a burden; he was always looked at as a gift. Despite being bedridden, Jacob was such a loving, joyful child who loved to smile, listen to music with his teachers, and play with sensory toys.
Jacob lived a meaningful 16 years of life! He was a gift from the Lord above. My family and I find comfort in the fact that he passed away peacefully in the night. Jacob’s impact on the lives of others has been immeasurable. There are no words to express how much he is deeply missed. ️
My family and I kindly request your support by liking, sharing, and donating to our cause. We are determined to ensure that my baby brother receives the best burial service possible.
Thank you in advance
