Honoring Jacob Stramowski’s Joyful Life

In loving memory of Jacob Dakota Stramowski

It is with heavy hearts to announce the passing of Jacob on June 7th, 2025.

Jacob brought laughter to everyone’s lives he came in contact with. A follower of Jesus and a lover of music.Jacob was many things, we wish we could list all that he was and did; but we’d like to note how he held these important titles in many of our lives that he impacted most; a son, a brother, a grandson, uncle, a Nephew, & friend.

His passing has left a void in our hearts and lives that is truly unimaginable.

This fundraiser has been created to honor Jacob’s life and support our family during this time. All proceeds will go directly towards funeral costs. Anything leftover will be donated Suicide Prevention & Narcotics Anonymous. 

No words will ever be able to describe this time that we now have to navigate.
