In Loving Memory of Jacob Pratt, it is with heavy hearts that we share the devastating news of the sudden loss of our beloved uncle, brother, father, husband, and friend, who tragically passed away in an accident on September 18th, 2024.

Jacob was loved by so many and left a lasting impact on everyone he met. His warmth, kindness, and generosity will never be forgotten. During this incredibly difficult time, we are asking for your support to help cover the unexpected funeral expenses and to give him and his family the loving farewell he deserves.
