My name is Jacob, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share the story of my first son, Jacob Junior. This loss has been incredibly hard on our family. My wife developed sepsis after the delivery and spent a week in the hospital, coming home with an IV and enduring severe pain. Through it all, we have tried to hold onto hope and remember that sometimes, we can't understand why things happen, but we can choose to honor those we love. Jacob Junior may not be with us physically, but he will never be forgotten. He paved the way for our family, and we want to make sure his memory lives on forever.
