Jackie was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She was known for her quick wit, her love of telling jokes, and her no-nonsense attitude. Jackie was outspoken and genuine, and many people loved her for exactly those reasons. Her presence brought laughter and honesty to every room, and she touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

Jackie’s passing came as a shock to all of us. It was completely unexpected, especially as our family was already preparing to lay her mother, Donna Thorpe, to rest later this month. The loss of both Jackie and our grandmother Donna in such a short time has been incredibly hard on our family, both emotionally and financially.
