Jack Eugene Shrader, Jr. 56 of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away at 1:29 am on Monday, August 5, 2024 at Union Hospital. He was employed at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology as an Electronics Technician. He was the former owner of both Shrader’s Electronics and Cactus Recording Studio for 20 years in Columbus, Indiana. Jack was a musician with several country music bands throughout his life. He was also a private pilot, avid gambler, and an amateur radio enthusiast. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his children, nephews, and his dogs: Daisy, Sully, and Sugar. Jack was born October 22, 1967 in Rushville, Indiana to Jack Eugene Shrader Sr. and Sandra Adams Shrader, both preceding him in death. He married Heather M. Shrader in September 1992 and she survives. Other survivors include his children Megan M. Shrader and Evan E. Shrader; sister Rebecca "Becki” Shrader Davenport; sister-in-law Rikki Shrader; niece Cassandra "Cassie" Davenport Simons; and nephews Gage L. Shrader, Blayne M. Shrader, and Korbin M. Simons. In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his brother Wayne L. Shrader; and nephews Tyler T. Lanahan and Joseph “Joey” C. Davenport III.
