Honoring Iyanah: A Sister’s Love

To our fellow Enchanting Sisters, family, and community,

We are deeply saddened to inform you that our chapter sister, SP19's Iyanah "INDESTRUCTI6LE" Thomas, has passed on to the oceans in the sky on February 7, 2025. We take this time to honor her and cherish our memories with her.

Iyanah was born on June 2nd, 1999. She graduated from Toms River High School South in 2017 & received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Bloomfield College in 2022. She is a sister of Lambda Tau Omega Sorority, Inc. She served on the Greek Council e-board, worked in CSLE, and was a member of different clubs including Black Student Union and Team Infinite. Iyanah made her presence known everywhere she went & left an impact on everyone she met.

Iyanah's passion and love will never be forgotten nor replaced. She was a fierce, creative, independent womyn who stood strong on her values. She was a force to be reckoned with. Her sense of humor and care was like no other and her smile could light up the entire room.

She'll always be our blutiful sister, our incredible friend, a prophyte, a leader, a protector, comforter, and a blessing to our chapter and our lives. Our presence will never be the same without her, our stage will not be the same without her, and we will continue to share her legacy.

She will forever be a reminder to always stand tall and to always remember that we are important, loved, and valued.
