Irene Arvizu was more than just my grandmother—she was a second mom to me, and I was like her shadow as a child. She raised two children, Stella and Eddie, and was the loving grandmother of seven. Irene faced a range of health problems, including a courageous battle with stomach cancer, but through it all, she remained the most loving and attentive grandmother and great-grandmother anyone could ask for. She was a loyal friend and always went out of her way to help the people she loved, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.

This morning, we lost Irene, and our family is heartbroken. We want to honor her memory and give her the farewell she truly deserves. The funds raised will go directly toward her memorial services and funeral expenses, helping us lay her to rest with the dignity and love she showed all of us throughout her life.
