My name is David Penney, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to share that my beloved brother, Ike Penney, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025, after a remarkable and courageous 30-year battle with a brain tumor. He just turned 73 years old. Despite his unwavering strength and spirit, the tumor ultimately took its toll, and Ike could no longer fight. He left behind a legacy of resilience, love, and countless lives touched by his humor, warmth and determination.

Over the years, Ike’s journey inspired so many people. His perseverance through countless treatments, surgeries, and challenges was nothing short of extraordinary. Those who had the privilege of crossing paths with Ike know he was a fighter with a heart full of kindness, always leaving a lasting impact. His story is one of courage, and his memory will live on in all of us.

As we prepare to say our final goodbyes, Ike’s funeral service is scheduled for Friday, October 24, 2025. We’ve heard from many of you who knew and loved Ike, expressing your desire to support our family during this difficult time.
