Our family is heartbroken to share that we lost our beloved father, Hiram Pesante-Berrios, on January 13, 2024. He was more than just a father to us—he was a devoted husband, best friend, and partner to our mother, Carmen, for 45 plus years. Together, they built a life filled with love, joy, and resilience, always prioritizing family above all else.

Hiram dedicated 27 years to his career at Avis Budget Group, where he rose to the role of Lead Service Agent through hard work and an unmatched sense of responsibility. He took immense pride in his work, ensuring every customer was treated with care. His team respected him not just for his dedication but for the kindness and leadership he brought to the workplace.

Our father was a man of values—someone who always put others first. Whether he was supporting his team at work, sharing wisdom with his children, or simply making Carmen laugh with his warm sense of humor, Hiram’s presence was a source of light and strength for everyone around.

As we navigate this profound loss, we want to celebrate Hiram’s legacy by giving him the heartfelt memorial he deserves. We are planning a service for him here locally but Hiram will be laid to rest in Puerto Rico, as per his wishes. Any support you can provide to help with funeral and memorial expenses would be deeply appreciated.
