On the morning of Friday, September 5, 2025, Hernan Castellanos, 54, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. The devoted husband and father is survived by his wife, Patricia, and their two children, son Bryan, 17, and daughter Daisy, 11.
Hernan was a beloved member of his community, and local church, the Resurrection of Our Lord, in Laurel, Maryland, known by all as someone to count on—not just for a helping hand, but for a genuine smile and kind word. His steadfast faith was evident in the way he treated others, approached his work, and raised his children. To his colleagues, he is remembered for his work ethic, unwavering positivity, and above all, his gratitude—praised both within the workplace and out in the field for his warmth and professionalism. Family was of utmost importance to him and always his priority.
This fund serves to ease the financial burden of his wife and children, now and for the future, with all contributions going directly to Patricia, Bryan, and Daisy.
