We lost an important member of our project team this week. Heriberto Rosales was the concrete foreman on my project and I have worked with him on multiple projects over the last 5 years. He was a dedicated and hard worker who would give you the shirt off his back! He was one of the best foremen I had the privilege of working with both professionally and personally.

Unfortunately, he had a medical emergency Wednesday night and passed away last night. He will be missed, and we would like to help his family in their time of need. He was the main breadwinner for the family, so the hope is to get enough donations to help with funeral costs and help the family with monthly expenses for a few months while they mourn. May God grant his family the strength needed to get through this. Rest in Peace, Heriberto.
