It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden and unexpected passing of Henry Mares Jr.—a devoted husband, a man of deep faith, and a proud resident of Pasadena, TX. Henry was known for his unwavering commitment to his family and his community, and above all, his beloved wife of 56 years, Frances Mares.

Frances is currently battling dementia, and Henry had been her sole caretaker and provider. He dedicated his life to ensuring she was cared for emotionally, mentally, and financially. His love and devotion were the foundation of their life together.

Henry did not have a life insurance policy or savings to cover funeral costs, and this loss has placed an unexpected financial burden on our family. We have created this GoFundMe to humbly ask for your help in covering funeral and burial expenses so we can honor Henry’s life in the way he deserves.
