Honoring Harley Kenneth Bane

Donation protected
We are the family of Jordyn McCarthy and Jordan Bane, the parents of our beloved Harley Kenneth Bane.

It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of our son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, friend, and classmate, Harley Kenneth Bane.

Harley left us unexpectedly on the morning of February 23rd, 2025, due to a seizure in his sleep. He was only seven years old.

Born prematurely at 34 weeks on September 2nd, 2017, Harley faced health challenges from the start. Diagnosed with febrile seizures at three months and later epilepsy at the age of two, Harley showed incredible strength and resilience. He was a true fighter, overcoming so much in his short life.

Harley had an adventurous spirit. He loved being outdoors, playing with his best friend and brother, Hunter. He was also passionate about video games like Fortnite and Minecraft. Harley had an imaginative side, too—he enjoyed building with Legos, creating with Magnatiles, and making arts and crafts, especially making Perler beads with his mom. Harley was also the best little brother to his three siblings, Landon, Alexus, and Hunter.

In this difficult time, the McCarthy/Bane family is facing unexpected funeral and related costs. Any donations made will go directly toward covering funeral expenses, plot costs, gravestone, and other financial needs to support the family through this heartbreaking period.

We deeply appreciate any support you can offer, whether through donations or sharing this campaign. Your kindness and prayers mean the world to us during this challenging time.

Thank you for helping us honor Harley’s memory.

With love,
The Bane/McCarthy/Mosher/Domeier/Rodenborn/McKernon Families
