Our hearts are broken as we share the loss of our beloved dog, Hank, who passed away at just 3 years old.
What started as a normal day quickly turned into an emergency when Hank didn't seem like himself. We rushed him to the hospital, where doctors discovered he had internal bleeding in his stomach and a possible ruptured tumor in the spleen and needed immediate, life-saving surgery. Without hesitation, we said yes—we would do anything to save him.
Despite the efforts of the veterinary team and the surgery, our sweet Hank didn’t make it. In a matter of hours, our world changed forever.
Hank wasn’t just a pet—he was family. He loved to love everyone. Wherever he went, he drew people in and instantly smothered them with affection. He had a way of making everyone feel special. One of our favorite memories is how you could always find him with his Kong bone in his mouth, waiting at the door to greet you and proudly offer it as soon as you walked in. That was Hank—always giving, always loving.
Along with the heartbreak of losing him, we are now facing unexpected and overwhelming veterinary expenses from the emergency care and surgery. We are humbly asking for any support to help us cover these costs during this incredibly difficult time.
If you’re able to donate, share, or keep us in your thoughts, it truly means the world to us. Thank you for helping us honor Hank’s life and the unconditional love he gave so freely.
Rest in peace, our sweet Hank. You will always be in our hearts.
