Help Honor a Hero: Support the Family of a Fallen Wildland Firefighter
We are deeply saddened to share the loss of J. Hank Hester of Priest River, Idaho. He was a brave firefighter who tragically lost his life while serving to protect our communities and natural landscapes at the Dragon Bravo Fire in Northern Arizona. He was a loving father and devoted husband. At 70 years old, he refused to standby. Instead, he answered the call and his legacy will be remembered forever.
In this difficult time, we want to come together as a community to honor his memory and support his family. The funds raised will help provide them with a proper memorial, allowing them to mourn and remember him with the dignity he deserves.
Please consider donating and sharing this message. Every contribution makes a difference. Proceeds will go directly to his wife Janet.
Thank you for your compassion and generosity.
