My sister, Gwendolyn Harris, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. Her loss has left our family and community heartbroken, and we are now facing the difficult task of arranging her cremation and a memorial service to honor her life.
Gwen lived a meager life but was magically able to make the best of whatever life threw her way. She was a free spirit who loved all that life had to offer. She loved music—especially the Grateful Dead—and was a devoted fan. Gwen was a lover of all animals, always ready to help with advice when someone had a sick critter. She loved her family deeply and was always there to lend a hand. Most of all, she loved Jesus and tried her best to lead a Christian life. Early last Sunday morning, God called her home, and she will be missed by her family, friends, and community.
We are asking for help to cover her cremation and memorial costs, so we can honor her memory and say goodbye with love. Any support is deeply appreciated during this difficult time. Thank you for keeping Gwen and our family in your thoughts and prayers.
