As many know, our brother Gregory passed away on May 28, 2025. This fundraiser is to help cover the cremation expenses for my brother, Gregory Augustine Nelson , and to provide a bit of support for his four children: Andra, Summer, Zydane, and Aren. We’d also like to recognize and include Connie, Gregory’s loving wife, who has been a constant source of strength and support through everything. Her love, care, and presence have meant so much to our family during this time. Connie is not just a partner—she is part of our family, and we’re deeply grateful for all she’s done and continues to do.

While we are not holding a vigil, we know how important it is for his friends and loved ones to have a chance to come together, share memories, and say goodbye in their own way. That is why we have decided to have a celebration of life/reunion the weekend of August 23. Still planning on the details.

Gregory mattered to so many people. What we can all agree on is that Gregory was a true people person—funny, animated, and full of life. He had a passion for animation and cosplay, and he truly loved bringing people together, connecting family and friends from all walks of life. Everyone who met him has a memory, a laugh, or a story to tell—and somehow, he always knew how to get to you (in the best and most hilarious ways).
