Honoring Greg Bresler and Help Support his Family

My name is Nick Bresler and I was lucky enough to be Greg Bresler's brother. Greg passed suddenly on the morning of Friday November 15th. He had been battling brain cancer since 2016 along with Factor 5 blood clotting disease.
It is so unbelievably difficult to imagine my life without my brother, my only sibling and my best friend. I know his 6 children and 1 grandchild are experiencing the same loss as me and it is very hard for me to have to ask for help right now.
That's because if you knew Greg, he didn't ask for help. He GAVE help. Greg was unique in that when he was diagnosed with the brain tumor, he didn't reflect on all the things he wanted to do, places to go or any self-gratifying endeavors. It seemed like his only "bucket-list" item was to help as much as possible and he did so with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. He went into Cleveland neighborhoods that police were afraid to go into to deliver food, see what the residents needed and help get those things for them. He went into prisons and met with those getting released to help them start a new life. He was the coach of several of his children's soccer and basketball leagues and was well-known throughout Northeast Ohio. When Mr. Rogers said "look for the helpers", you'd find Greg there first.
So it's hard to ask to ask for help right now because he had too much pride to ask for anything. He had no money left in has accounts and no life insurance to pay for any end-of -life events. But if there was ever anyone to call a favor in for , it's Greg Bresler.
I'm just hoping to cover the cost of the cremation, memorial and celebration of life services and whatever is left over to be used to help his children navigate a life without their father.
