In Loving Memory of Grandpa Charlie Sibayan Gaddi (1940 - 2024)

On Tuesday, December 10th, at 12:07 AM, our beloved Grandpa Charlie found peace after nearly a decade of bravely facing the challenges of dementia. In his final moments, he was surrounded by the love of our family. While we miss him dearly, we find comfort in imagining his beautiful reunion with Grandma “Lulu” Lourdes in heaven—perhaps it looks just like this picture we’ve cherished.

While we are grateful that Grandpa is no longer in pain, the weight of our loss is heavy. Over the past decade, caring for him has been an act of deep love, mostly through the care of my Grandma, but it has also come with significant financial challenges. Now, as we process this heartache, we find ourselves needing support to help cover the accumulative costs of his medical care, nursing home, and funeral services.

In this tender time, we’re reaching out to our family and friends for support. Your kindness and generosity, no matter the size, would mean the world to us as we honor his legacy and navigate these difficult times.
