Honoring Grandmother's Legacy: Support Needed

Hello, my name is Desiree and on behalf of my family our hearts are broken as we share the news of my grandmother's passing. On May 5th, 2024, she was rushed to the hospital, bravely enduring two lifesaving heart surgeries and grappling with the challenges of being paralyzed from the waist down. Despite her immense strength, her lungs couldn't recover, and on May 20th, 2024, she went to be with our loved ones in heaven. She was a mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was the foundation of our family, and the definition of a strong, kind and selfless woman. Even in her final days, she had a fierce determination to care for her family. In her own words, she was fighting for "her boys & Desiree," a testament to her unwavering love of family.

The impact she has had on all those she has touched speaks to the kind of person she was. We are creating this GoFundMe to help cover medical and funeral expenses and give her the celebration she deserves. All contributions will be going directly to her grandchildren Ray, Daniel and myself. We plan to celebrate her this July.
